Ep 04: Ritualistic BS (You don’t need any “good” habits)

Sorry, but your habits don’t make you happier, more productive, more virtuous, OR more successful… on their own.  Habits are neither “good” nor “bad”.  And you don’t get gold stars on your chart for making your bed every day (unless you still live with your mom).  

What’s the difference between a habit and a ritual, anyway?  One is mindless, while the other one is mindful.  And what deeper meaning are you assigning to your habits, either consciously or unconsciously?
